Create & Code brings ten years of experience with coding camps in Dominica and the Eastern Caribbean to Jamaica for the first time!

Register your child today, ages 10 - 16, to learn valuable skills such as web development, animation, Python, Javascript, Photography and more! The camp runs from July 8 - August 2 (weekdays only) from 9am to 3pm at The UWI Mona Campus Social Work Research Training Centre.

Join our Bi-Weekly Write-In Practice

Join us on an exciting journey to unleash your creative potential fully! Be a part of our Write-In Practice, where for one hour, you’ll be immersed in focused productivity alongside a creative community. Join us every Monday at 7 PM JA Time/8 PM AST and every Friday at 8 AM JA Time/9 AM AST from May 6, 2024 via Zoom. Whether you’re crafting your writing or developing a creative routine, join like-minded creatives to elevate your writing.

Create Caribbean Research Institute and Department of Literatures in English invite applicants for the RTC Internship Programme in Digital Humanities. The newly revamped internship includes research colloquium and practicum courses, a capstone project and a stipend. 

The RTC Internship Program at Create Caribbean Research Institute is an academic enrichment initiative. Students are exposed to the culture of academic research, digital humanities and community engagement. Interns received the opportunity to collaborate, learn and practice their own talents on projects of importance to the college community, to national development and to building regional and international networks as students and scholars.
